Swinging Brazilian grooves with the jazz trio Karin Hammar Trio Aventura. On 2 November 2024 they visited Källtorp Jazz & Sound.

Wonderful Brazilian jazz at its best! Karin Hammar (trombone) with her new band – a unique performance with world star Rubem Farias (bass) and Steinar Aadnekvam (guitar).

Karin Hammar is one of the country’s leading jazz trombonists, composers and bandleaders with roots in Norrland. She plays as a soloist in various contexts and is internationally celebrated for her music.

  • Dinner ticket: entry, dinner and seating. Main course and dessert.
  • Child dinner ticket (under 15 years old): entry, dinner and seating. Main course and dessert.
  • Standing ticket: entry and bar service.
  • Music students: entry and bar service.

    Admission from 6:00 PM.
    Dinner is served from 6:45 PM.
    Music starts at 7:30 PM, 3 sets à 25 minutes.

For those with a dinner ticket, two specially composed dishes are served.

    It is possible to choose a vegetarian option and other preferences, which you can communicate when booking.

For those with a meal ticket
If you have a dinner ticket, you have a table reservation from 6:00 PM, food is served from 6:45 PM.
The concert will start at 7:30 PM.

For those with standing room ticket
The bar opens at 6:00 PM and has a nice selection of beer, wine and non-alcoholic options. A bar menu will be offered. During the concert, you will have a standing place. The concert will start at 7:30 PM, but please arrive at least 30 minutes before.

About Kafé Källtorp, to do before or after the concert
Kafé Källtorp is located by Lake Källtorp. The place consists of a conservatory with a garden, greenhouse and bike park. You are welcome to look around the garden, take a swim from the jetty or take a walk in the beautiful surroundings.

Accessibility
Both the room (the conservatory) and the toilet are accessible, but please note there is a gravel floor in the conservatory.

Bus 401 runs from Slussen to Älta several times an hour, bus stop Källtorp (about 15 minutes from Slussen).
