At Mountainbikeskolan/ Kafé Källtorp, most people work during the April-November season, when the mountain bike courses, bike rental, and the restaurant are open. During the same period, the most staff is also needed in the garden. Become part of the familiar atmosphere and work with us. We have returning staff, but usually also need to recruit a number of new instructors, serving staff or garden interns for the season each year. Senior coaches
Mountainbikeskolan offers mountain bike courses for all ages. The range of courses is constantly evolving and includes 2025 semester courses, one-day courses, girls’ courses, children’s and youth courses as well as camps and trips. There are courses for all levels, from beginners to very experienced, in mountain biking, trail biking, and enduro, as well as jumping courses in our Bikepark. The courses run mainly during weekends, evenings or holidays.
Mountainbikeskolan also organises guided tours at, for example, corporate events (mainly weekdays). We currently have a very good group of instructors, but are looking for a few more senior coaches, instructors and ‘youth coaches’.
We are looking for senior coaches to hold mountain bike courses and guided tours during the autumn (with the possibility of extension next season). You are an experienced mountain biker and preferably have previous experience in teaching mountain biking technique or perhaps some other sport. You may be a physical education teacher, or have otherwise come into contact with coaching and guiding people in the sports area.
You are a true educator and good at giving personalised feedback. You are positive and enjoy working with people. You need to be able to speak Swedish and English, additional languages are a merit.
Everyone who works with us as a coach, instructor, attends our instructor training programme. This will give you a safe and stable foundation when it comes to the technical part of mountain biking. We are very careful that everyone who works with us teaches in the way we have developed over the years here at Mountainbikeskolan. Our foundation in coaching and technique training is based on the international mountain bike training, PMBIA, Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association, which we have completed ourselves.

Junior CoachES
Mountainbikeskolan organises courses and summer camps for children and young people. For these types of courses, our ‘youth coaches’ provide guidance and technique training. We are now looking for additional youth coaches. You are in high school or up to 20 years old and think that mountain biking and mountain bikes are the most fun there is. Mountainbikeskolan also organises training of guides, as well as guided tours at, for example, corporate events (mainly weekdays). We currently have a good group of instructors who now need to be expanded with additional junior coaches, who can hold basic courses and summer camp.
We are looking for junior instructors, youth coaches, to hold mountain bike courses during the autumn (with the possibility of extension next season). You who apply are an experienced mountain biker and have a talent for teaching, and preferably have an interest / experience in cycling or other sports or outdoor life. It is positive if you have previous relevant knowledge and experience, but not necessary – you will attend our instructor training and receive an introduction before you start with us. You need to be able to speak Swedish and make yourself understood in English.
