At Mountainbikeskolan/ Kafé Källtorp, most people work during the April-November season, when the mountain bike courses, bike rental, and the restaurant are open. This period is also when we welcome trainees in the garden. Become part of the familiar atmosphere and work with us. We have returning staff, but usually also need to recruit a number of new instructors, serving staff or garden trainees for the season each year. KITCHEN ASSISTANT / CHEF – Filled!

Kafé Källtorp is now looking for a motivated chef or kitchen assistant who wants to be part of our kitchen team. We work close to nature, in tune with the seasons, and take great pride in food that feels right – both for our guests and for us who prepare it. We place great importance on energy, willingness to cooperate and personal suitability – at least as much as formal qualifications.

About the job: This is an ideal part-time job for those who may already have another creative profession or are students and wish to combine it with a kitchen job in an inspiring environment.
- Working hours: Prep on Fridays, service during weekends

Baker / Pastry chef – Filled!
Do you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a lively kitchen environment? We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to our guests’ experience through well-made pastries and bread. At Mountainbikeskolan and Kafé Källtorp, you will be part of a close-knit team in an inspiring environment close to nature.
Who are you?
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and the ability to work well with others. You are responsible, efficient and enjoy working in a team where the pace can sometimes be fast. You may be a trained baker or confectioner, or have acquired solid experience through long-term interest and practical work with baking. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in craftsmanship and quality in what you create.
We would like you to:
- Have good experience of baking and a well-developed sense of craftsmanship.
- Are unpretentious, flexible and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Have experience of, or interest in, gluten-free and vegan baking in order to meet the different needs of our guests.
About the job: We are looking for extra staff for the bakery during weekends and public holidays during the season from April to November, with induction in March. The position is suitable for those who want to work part-time in a social and practical role.
Scope: Approximately 20 hours per week. You can either work every weekend or share the job with a colleague and work every other weekend.
Possibility: For those who want more working hours and have experience working at a cash register or in a kitchen, there is the opportunity to combine bakery work with shifts in the café.
Events: In addition to our daily activities, we organise events, parties, weddings and music evenings, where your skills and creativity can be put to good use.

CAFÉ STAFF – Filled!
For the 2026 season, Mountainbikeskolan and Kafé Källtorp are looking for dedicated café staff. From April to November, our business is a natural gathering place for cyclists, hikers and visitors who appreciate good food and personal service in a natural environment. We are now looking for people who want to be an important part of the guest experience and contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
You are service-oriented, responsible and have a good eye for the big picture. You work efficiently even at a fast pace and take the initiative to ensure that guests have a positive and memorable visit. With a professional attitude and good cooperation with colleagues, you contribute to a pleasant working environment.
We would like you to:
- Previous experience from a café, restaurant or other service profession.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment with many guests on the move.
- Is a team player with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Has a genuine interest in food, service and, preferably, nature and outdoor life.
Job description: We are looking for 3–4 employees to join our team. Depending on your experience and interests, your duties may include:
- Cashier & Service: Greet and assist guests, handle cash register duties, and ensure a professional and warm welcome.
- Café & Serving: Prepare coffee and simple dishes, restock the selection, serve as a runner, and keep the café clean and inviting.
- Barbecue: Preparing hamburgers and other dishes on our outdoor barbecue during the high season.
- Serving & Events: Serving plates at parties, weddings and other events, as well as the opportunity to work at the bar when needed.
About the position: The position covers the entire season, April–November. We are looking for someone who can work every weekend or every other weekend, with the possibility of occasional shifts on Fridays as well.
- Working hours: Saturday–Sunday (and possibly Fridays and extra days as needed).
- Requirements: You need to be able to work for most of the season to be considered. Holidays and time off during the summer will be planned in consultation.

EXTRA STAFF – Filled!
Are you a high school or university student looking for a fun part-time job in a beautiful, natural environment? Then this could be the job for you!
We are looking for cheerful, quick and meticulous individuals to work in our café/restaurant and bike rental shop during the April–November 2026 season.
About the job: The work tasks are varied and social, and may include: 1) Cashier and customer service 2) Grill, serving and runner 3) Help with bike rental
Previous experience in service, restaurants or similar is a plus, but not a requirement. Above all, we want you to have a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things. An interest in cycling, food and gardening is a plus!

Junior CoachES / YOUTH COACH
Mountainbikeskolan holds courses and summer camps for children and young people. For these types of courses, our ‘youth coaches’ provide guidance and technical training.
We are now looking for more junior coaches aged 16–18 who want to lead our popular courses and summer camps for children and young people. We are looking for someone who attends secondary school, loves mountain biking and wants to inspire the next generation of cyclists through guidance and technical training.
We are looking for two different types of youth coaches and would like you to indicate in your application which profile suits you best.
- Enduro: You compete in enduro or have extensive experience of downhill cycling and cycling in bike parks
- Trail: You are skilled at mountain biking, enjoy leading others, and have a natural aptitude for guiding and motivating children and young people in the forest.
The extra job runs from April to November. You need to be able to speak Swedish and make yourself understood in English. All our coaches receive internal training, which will make you feel confident in your own technique and in our coaching culture.
We strive for a good mix in the team and especially welcome female and non-binary applicants. SENIOR Coach
Mountainbikeskolan offers mountain bike courses for both adults and children and for all levels of previous experience, from beginners to the very experienced. The course offering includes 2026, semester courses, one-day courses, courses for women, courses for children and youth, guided tours, as well as trips and camps.
Mountainbikeskolan also organises training for guides and guided tours for corporate events, for example. We currently have a great team of instructors, but we now need to expand with additional senior coaches who can lead the more advanced courses and training programmes, particularly in our range of courses for women.
We are looking for two different types of senior coaches who want to work extra during the April-November season.
- Trail coach, You can navigate well in the forest around Mountainbikeskolan. You are an experienced mountain biker, sociable and enjoy meeting new people.
- Advanced coach: primarily women and non-binary individuals. You are an experienced mountain biker, preferably with knowledge of downhill cycling. Previous experience as a guide or mountain bike instructor is a plus. You are a true educator and good at giving personal feedback as well as demonstrating and guiding on trails or downhill. You need to be able to speak Swedish and English, and additional languages are an advantage.
All our coaches receive internal training, which ensures that you feel confident in your own technique and in our coaching culture.

Garden interns
We are accepting a number of interns for our gardening activities for the April–November 2026 season. The internship is suitable for those who are studying gardening or have a strong interest in gardening, cultivation and sustainable working methods.
With us, you will have the opportunity to develop your practical skills in a living garden where we work closely with nature and follow the rhythm of the seasons. You will be supervised by a gardener and work both independently and together with other trainees, employees and work coaches. The tasks vary throughout the season and are adapted to the needs of the garden.
Examples of tasks:
- Sowing seeds and pre-cultivation
- Planting and replanting
- Weeding and ongoing maintenance
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- Harvesting vegetables
- Creating bouquets and simple floral arrangements
We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible and wants to learn more about gardening and organic farming. You enjoy physical work outdoors and like to work both independently and in a team.
