Celebrate your anniversary at our place and take advantage of our concept for a party with food and music in a beautiful setting, designed according to your wishes.

Party concept

Dine in our beautiful conservatory and create a wonderful atmosphere with music and dancing. A specially composed party menu, DJ or live music can be included in the concept, which we tailor to your wishes.

Party room – Conservatory

The party room (conservatory) is filled with green plants, creating a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Of course, it is also possible to be outdoors.

We are happy to accommodate groups of up to 70 people if you would like to sit in the conservatory. If there are more of you, we are happy to set up outdoors, where we can accommodate larger groups. Smaller groups are also welcome, but there is a minimum of around 20 people to book the conservatory for a party with dinner.

Our place is accessible. It is possible to drive into the courtyard and to park a larger number of vehicles in our parking area.

Kafé Källtorp’s festive menus for 2026 offer a sophisticated journey through Swedish flavours, where everything from forest game and the farm’s own crops to exclusive truffles and butter-fried Clarias take centre stage.

Whether you choose an elegant three-course dinner or a relaxed ‘enjoy at your own pace’ option, the dishes are imbued with genuine craftsmanship with modern touches of umami, sea buckthorn and artisan pastries. It is a celebration of locally sourced and seasonal produce, designed to transform every meal into a memorable dining experience.

Oven-baked canapé topped with creamy goat cheese, fresh beetroot and drizzled Swedish honey 

Main course
Miso-glazed shiitake mushrooms with deep umami flavour. Served with roasted potatoes, crispy radishes and buttered beans. 

Dessert
Fresh, roasted rhubarb with rosemary, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and crushed meringue

Starter
Forest mushroom toast on butter-fried levain – creamy ragout of smoked mushrooms, topped with pickled onions and herb salad

Main Course
Venison wallenbergare with Swedish red deer and fallow deer. Served with silky root vegetable purée, nutty browned soy butter, raw lingonberries and charred, puffed leek.

Källtorps “Basque Cheesecake” – Creamy Basque cheesecake with a glaze of sun-ripened sea buckthorn from the farm

Creamy white truffle velouté with a cloud of Parmesan foam, topped with crunch and cress

Herb-crusted fallow deer sirloin – elegantly served with classic Hasselback potatoes, creamy green pepper sauce and a tangy blackcurrant jelly with a kick

Dark chocolate cake with crunchy almond toffee, resting on a mirror of bourbon-scented chocolate sauce

Butter-fried Clarias served with confit cocktail tomatoes, crispy fried delicacy potatoes and a buttery sage sauce

Brioche Pain Perdu /French Toast with tart sea buckthorn compote and a fluffy white chocolate mousse

Enjoy a relaxed but tasty meal where guests serve themselves from a buffet table. These menus do not include starters, but you are welcome to add canapés or snacks before the main course. Choose one of the main courses below, and finish with a delicious dessert cake, coffee and tea.

Bouillabaisse our style (Vegan): Aromatic and hearty stew with fennel and saffron, filled with root vegetables. Served with a smooth bean aioli, freshly baked bread and whipped plant-based butter.

Källtorps “Craft” Fish and Chips: Smashed potato with crispy fried Clarias farm fish. Served with a flavourful dip.

Wild flavour Bourguignon: Slow-cooked chuck steak in a deep red wine reduction with wild mushrooms and pork belly. Topped with cool sour cream and freshly chopped chives.

Dessert: Garden berry cake – moist and freshly baked with seasonal berries, served with lightly whipped cream


ORGANIC AND LOCALLY PRODUCED

We dare say that the food we serve is of a very high standard; it is simple and natural, with no frills. We use organic and locally sourced ingredients in our cooking as much as possible and pick herbs, vegetables, fruit and berries from our own garden according to the season.

We offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Local beers from Nacka Brewery or organic wine from southern latitudes.

LIVE MUSIC

Book a live band through us. In collaboration with our artist booker, we have contact with Sweden’s jazz elite.

Choose between traditional danceable and swinging jazz, superb singers or delicate folk music. The bands play indoors in the orangery or outdoors, depending on the weather and season.

DJ

Music at the party, book a DJ through us! Danceable beats and good lighting will liven up the party. Music and dancing outdoors in a tent or in the conservatory – the choice is yours.

Drive towards Älta, at Sickla follow road 260. You pass Hellasgården on your left, go a few hundred meters more, pass the allotments. Turn left into the Mountain Bike School and Kafé Källtorp.
