Sara Aldén is not just a voice of the times, but the voice of the next generation of jazz. With full focus and attention to every note, Sara and her trio breathe life into iconic jazz standards, while her own compositions shape a new musical language – a bridge between tradition and innovation that takes jazz into the future. Rooted in Swedish folk music, she approaches the American jazz classics and makes them her own, with a voice and feel that both honours tradition and looks to the future!

Sara Aldén’s rise to international recognition is a story of passion, dedication and pure talent. Her music transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries and resonates with jazz lovers and new listeners alike. The album has received critical acclaim and topped charts worldwide, cementing Sara’s place as a leading voice in modern jazz.

August Björn – pianist and composer, has previously participated in the jazz trio Curly Camel and is described as a new Esbjörn Svensson in expression and tonality. He is currently recording his new disc of self-written music.

Daniel Andersson – double bassist and composer, plays in the Icelandic Grammy-nominated Ingi Bjarni band and his own band SUPERHEAVY. His playing is described as lyrical and strikingly clear!
