Book your wedding with us – we offer a beautiful setting of forest, garden and a lush conservatory.

Wedding concepts

A specially composed wedding menu, live music, flower arrangements and a photographer can be included in the concept, which we tailor to your wishes.

venue – the conservatory

The party venue (conservatory), is filled with green plants, which gives a nice and cozy feeling. Of course, there is the opportunity to be outdoors as well.

We are happy to accommodate groups of up to seventy-five people, in case you want to sit in the conservatory. If there are more of you, we are happy to set the tables in one of our party tents. If you are a smaller group, that is also fine.

Our yard is accessible. It is possible to drive into the yard and park for a larger number of guests.

We offer five wedding menus, everything from fish and meat to vegetarian. Common to all dishes is that they taste wonderful, thanks to our fantastically talented chef.

We offer very high quality food with carefully selected organic and environmentally sustainable ingredients. We get a lot of spices, vegetables, fruit and berries from our own garden.

Wedding cake and a midnight meal are available as options, which we are happy to arrange. Our pastry chef loves to make beautiful wedding cakes with berries from our garden.


MENU 1 – farm fish
Entré
Charcoal-grilled pointed cabbage with pistou cream and cold-pressed honey oil

Main course
Claria’s farm fish: Herb-marinated farm fish with delicacy potatoes, beurre blanc, baked primeurs, ramsons oil and lumpfish roe

Dessert
Strawberry tiramisu made from fresh strawberries from the garden with candied white chocolate and chocolate ganache


MENU 2 – fallow deer
Entré
Toast with hot-smoked Claria’s farm fish, mayo, smoked duck breast, cocktail capers, lumpfish roe and chives

Main course
Fallow deer fillet: herb-aged fallow deer with celery puree (celery, potatoes and parsnips), venison gravy and raw berries

Dessert
Disassembled Tarte Tatin: caramelized pear, elderberry whipped cream cheese with beetroot chips and flower cress


MENU 3 – lamb
Entré
Salmon tartare with misomajo, fried rice, pickled radish, radish and black lumpfish roe

Main course
Lamb Rack: Pistachio and herb-covered lamb ribs with puree made from potatoes and beets, charcoal-grilled padrones and baby carrots with bordelaise sauce (French red wine gravy)

Dessert
Mascarpone Swiss: vanilla mascarpone with cardamom meringue, fresh strawberries and oat flakes on browned butter


MENU 4 – sea bass
Entré
Toast skagen with cured egg yolk and finely chopped red onion, lumpfish roe topped with dill

Main course
Sea bass: butter-baked sea bass with layered duck fat, potatoes, kale, roasted onions, miso and sesame aioli

Dessert
Mille feuille: puff pastry layered cake with pistachio cream


MENU 5 – vegetarian
Entré
Brioche Crostini with mascarpone and salt-pickled strawberries from the farm with hints of mint

Main course
Celery root pavé: slow-baked celery root with miso pistou, smoked oyster mushrooms and yuzu reduction

Dessert
Apple and pistachio tartelette with cinnamon and matcha mascarpone


OPTIONAL
Wedding cake: (example) rhubarb and strawberry cake with compote, mousse and vanilla cream on cardamom bases

Midnight meal: charcoal-grilled pancetta and garlic sausage with kimchi coleslaw, pickled chilli and coriander from the garden


Event Coordinator

In connection with booking your wedding party, you will work with Sara, our nice and thorough event coordinator. She makes sure that all your wishes for your wedding party are realized.

Talk to your event coordinator about choosing a drink to go with the food, as well as if you want an aperitif. We offer beverages with or without alcohol, including local beers from Nacka brewery or organic natural wine from more southern latitudes, etc. We arrange everything according to your wishes!

Flower arrangements

We set the table with flowers and greenery from the garden to create a festive setting. Jenny, gardener and co-owner, is happy to arrange flower arrangements according to your wishes for the party or wedding, such as special arrangements for the bridesmaid and bridesmaid, or wedding bouquet.

Jenny often picks her flowers directly from our cultivations in the lush garden.

Photographer

Create memories for life and capture your wedding/party in a beautiful way. We work with photographer Sara Kollberg, a specialist in party and wedding photography.

Sara has 10 years of experience and a penchant for romance, thus wedding photography has become a big part of her photography. Look at examples of Sara’s photos in the photo gallery above.

Live Music

Enhance your celebration with live music. In collaboration with our artist booker Palle Sollinger, we have contact with Sweden’s jazz elite.

Choose from traditional dance-friendly and upbeat jazz, great singers or delicate folk music. The bands play indoors in the conservatory or outdoors depending on the weather and the season.

Bus 401 runs from Slussen several times an hour. Bus stop: Källtorp, about 15 minutes from Slussen.

Car
Drive towards Älta, at Sickla follow road 260. You pass Hellasgården on your left, go a few hundred meters more, pass the allotments. Turn left into the Mountain Bike School and Kafé Källtorp.
