We offer a beautiful setting of surrounding forest, garden and a lush conservatory.
Garden wedding
Create a personalised wedding with our flexible concept. We can organise the ceremony, a unique wedding menu, live entertainment, bar, cake, flowers and photographer. Our event coordinator will guide you through the planning.
Party venue – the conservatory
The venue (the conservatory), is filled with green plants, which gives a nice and cosy feeling. There is of course the possibility to be outdoors as well.
We are happy to receive groups of up to seventy people, in case you want to sit in the orangery. If you are more, we are happy to set the table in one of our party tents.
Our farm is accessible. It is possible to drive into the courtyard and park for a larger number of guests.
three course wedding menu
We offer five wedding menus, ranging from fish and meat to vegetarian. What all the dishes have in common is that they taste wonderful, thanks to Kafé Källorp’s fantastically talented chef and cook. We offer very high quality food with carefully selected organic and environmentally sustainable ingredients. We source many of our spices, vegetables, fruit and berries from our own garden.
Wedding cakes and weddings are available as an option, which we are happy to organise. Our master pastry chef loves to make beautiful wedding cakes with berries from our garden.
Event Coordinator
When booking your wedding party, you will work with Sara, our friendly and careful event coordinator. She will ensure that all your wishes regarding your wedding party are realised.
Talk to your event coordinator about the choice of drinks for the food, as well as if you want a pre-drink. We have drinks with or without alcohol, including local beers from Nacka brewery or organic natural wine from more southern latitudes, etc.
Waterfront wedding ceremony
Imagine a beautiful ceremony on the cliff overlooking Lake Källtorpssjön, surrounded by the forest and your loved ones. Wedding arch draped with white fabric and greenery framing the ceremony. Pennants hanging in the trees.
Wooden benches and space for standing guests. Rowing boat for those who want an extraordinary entrance. In case of bad weather, the bride and groom can be protected by a sail stretched between the trees.
Flower arrangements
We set the table with flowers and greenery from the garden to create a festive setting. Jenny, the gardener and co-owner, is happy to organise flower arrangements for your party or wedding, such as special arrangements for the bridesmaid and groomsman, or a wedding bouquet.
Jenny often picks her flowers directly from our orchards in the magnificent garden.
Wedding Photographer
Create memories to last a lifetime and immortalise your wedding and wedding party in a beautiful way. We work with photographer Sara Kollberg, a specialist in party and wedding photography.
Sara has 10 years of experience and a penchant for romance, thus wedding photography has become a big part of her photography.
Dancing and bar
Under the stars, in our dance tent you and your guests can dance the night away. With lights and sound, the atmosphere will be magical. Choose your own playlist and dance freely or hire a DJ through us, it’s up to you.
Inside the orangery you will find Kafé Källtorp’s bar. Here you and your guests can enjoy good drinks and cocktails, both classics and news. You choose your own bar menu together with us.
Live Music
Enrich your celebration with live music, we have contact with some of Sweden’s leading musicians. The bands that may be relevant include artists who have previously played with us on our music evenings Källtorp Jazz & Sound.
Choose from traditional dance-friendly and swinging jazz, superb vocalists or fine-tuned folk music. The bands play indoors in the orangery or outdoors depending on the weather and season.
concepts and prices
In the garden wedding concept, we offer a nice basic arrangement that includes mingle and three-course dinner with drinks package, festive setting and table setting, as well as a small sound system for music and speech. It is possible to add a waterfront ceremony.

Bus 401 runs from Slussen several times an hour. Bus stop: Källtorp, about 15 minutes from Slussen.
Car
Drive towards Älta, at Sickla follow road 260. You pass Hellasgården on your left, go a few hundred meters more, pass the allotments. Turn left into the Mountain Bike School and Kafé Källtorp.
