Party in the garden and the conservatory!

Celebrate your anniversary at our place and take advantage of our concept for a party with food and music in a beautiful setting, designed according to your wishes.

Party concept

Have dinner in our beautiful conservatory, set the mood with music and dance in the courtyard. A specially composed party menu, a DJ or live music can be included in the concept, which we tailor to your wishes.

The venue – the conservatory

The venue (conservatory), is filled with green plants, which gives a nice and cozy feeling. There is of course the possibility to be outdoors as well.

We are happy to accommodate groups of up to 75 people, in case you want to sit in the conservatory. If there are more people, we are happy to set the table outdoors where we can accommodate larger groups. If you are a smaller group, that is also fine, however, around twenty people is a minimum to book the conservatory for a party with dinner.

Our place is accessible. It is possible to drive into the courtyard and park, for a number of vehicles.

Customizied party menu

We follow the seasons and offer two- and three-course menus with plate service, or a delicious buffet based on vegetables, meat, fish or completely vegetarian. Lovely smells, beautiful platters and colors. We try to do justice to the environment and place great emphasis on aesthetic appeal.

Smoked miso glazed shiitake mushrooms served with cannellini scramble, roasted beetroot and lemon butter sauce

Fresh roasted rhubarb with rosemary accompanied by vanilla ice cream and crushed meringue

A fresh and filling buffet with exciting elements from both Asia and the Mediterranean.

Herb-marinated farm fish is accompanied by a vegetarian buffet. Seasonal vegetables are in focus, and although the flavours are inspired from different corners of the world, the ingredients largely come from the local area.

In addition to four hot dishes including Gårdsfisk, there are two hearty salads, five pickled dishes and three sauces and stir-fries, with freshly baked bread and smoked butter. And, for dessert you get a berry crumble, cream with vanilla sugar.

Organic and locally produced

We dare to say that the food we serve is of a very high standard, it is simple and natural, no frills. We use organic and locally produced ingredients in our cooking as much as possible and collect spices, vegetables, fruit and berries from our own garden according to the season.

We offer drinks with or without alcohol. Local beers from Nacka Brewery or organic natural wine from more southern latitudes.

Live music

Book a live band through us. In collaboration with our artist booker, we have contact with Sweden’s jazz elite.

Choose from traditional dance-friendly and upbeat jazz, great singers or delicate folk music. The bands play indoors in the conservatory or outdoors, depending on the weather and the season.

DJ

Music at the party, book a DJ through us! Dance-friendly beats and good lighting lift the party. Music and dancing outdoors in a tent, or in the conservatory – the choice is yours.

50th anniversary party!

We had our 50th anniversary party at Källtorp / Mountainbikeskolan and it was a great evening. We had a surf theme, super good food and a great place to be!

A super successful evening!

So glad I got to celebrate my 50th birthday at Källtorp. We were around 45 people and sat in the beautiful conservatory and had dinner. Dance in the evening in the courtyard, a super successful evening!

A GREAT 100th birthday party

Mountainbikeskolan organized a full day with friends. It all ended with a huge party in the super cozy conservatory. The food, atmosphere and staff were fantastic, it was just as nice and good as we had hoped!

Bus 401 runs from Slussen several times an hour. Bus stop: Källtorp, about 15 minutes from Slussen.

Car
Drive towards Älta, at Sickla follow road 260. You pass Hellasgården on your left, go a few hundred meters more, pass the allotments. Turn left into the Mountain Bike School and Kafé Källtorp.
