Enduro mountain bike course

This course is for those who want to improve their mountain biking technique in Enduro. Take your downhill biking to the next level by discovering the keys to speed and flow. The course is based on individual coaching, and we work on segments in the forest where you can develop regardless of your level. We are based in the Hellas area, one of Stockholm’s best areas for mountain biking.

The enduro mountain bike course is suitable for all adults who are comfortable riding on technical trails in the forest and who want to learn important tips that can be equivalent to years of training without supervision.

  • Dates spring 2026: 19 Apr, 31 May.

The Enduro mountain bike course is a basic and advanced course in Enduro, for those who have previous experience of mountain biking. You have completed one of our higher-level mountain bike courses and are very experienced in trail biking. Alternatively, you are an experienced cyclist and cycle regularly in bike parks or on downhill trails in the forest.

You can take this course several times and you will receive personal feedback on your level. We work on adjusting your technique.

  • We will go through how to position yourself on the bike on steep and technical sections.
  • Brake safely and effectively downhill to gain speed and maintain balance.
  • Line selection and goal focus to safely take us down steep and technical sections
  • We practise on rock gardens, tackling off-camber sections and daring to let go on rough sections and steep curves.
  • Plan your lines and how to react in the best way and make quick decisions.
  • We cycle on some of Hellas’ finest downhill trails.

The course is led by Mountainbikeskolans professional instructors.

Schedule: It’s a good idea to arrive a little early, about 20 minutes, as breakfast, coffee and sandwiches are served, and you’ll have time to arrange any bike rental you may need.

The course begins with a gathering and coffee break, followed by a review of the day’s schedule. We then cycle off for some wonderful trail cycling and technique training. Back for an energising lunch of locally grown food from the farm. After lunch, we head out and tackle some more great downhill sections to practise and hone the right technique. We end the day with coffee and cake at Mountainbikeskolan and summarising the course content.
