Use your wellness allowance with us

Mountain biking courses are a valid activity for receiving wellness allowances. With us, you can use your wellness allowance for the current year and use it during the year, or during the next season.

It is easy to use your wellness allowance for courses at Mountainbikeskolan, below we explain how to do it. There are three options, depending on whether you want to book your course directly or not, as well as whether your company is connected to the Epassi service.

Buy a course

  • Book the course you want to take online, you will see the current range under Courses.
  • Send an E-mail to info@mountainbikeskolan.se and ask for a receipt.
  • You report the receipt to your employer, who will reimburse you with a wellness allowance.

Any amount

  • Email info@mountainbikeskolan.se and ask for an invoice for the amount you want to use for mountain bike courses.
  • You report the documentation to your employer, who will reimburse you with a wellness allowance.
  • When you want to use your purchase/wellness allowance, you email us and we will manually book you in for the course you want to take. If you don’t use the full amount that you have in your balance, you can use part of the amount and save the rest.

Use Epassi

  • If the company you work for is connected to the Epassi service, you make your purchase via the Epassi website/app.
  • Book here…
  • When you want to use your purchase/wellness allowance, send us an email and we will help you book the course you want to take. If you don’t use the full amount that you have in your balance, you can use part of the amount and save the rest.
