Wonderful cycling that gives an adrenaline rush worth remembering! This is the course for those who want to try out really steep and technical trails with experienced instructors who descend everything we have in Hellas. The course is rewarding both for those who want to compete in Enduro and for those who want to challenge themselves on technical downhill trails.

  • Price: 1 person 2 995 kr, 2 persons 1 995 kr/pers, 3 persons 1 695 kr/pers. The price includes lunch, light breakfast and refreshments.
  • Dates: On demand, contact us, we will book the date that suits you or your group.
  • Time: 9.30 to 15.30.
  • One-day course – bring your own bike and helmet or rent from us. There is a possibility to rent an enduro bike.

You are an experienced outdoor cyclist. You have preferably attended our previous Enduro courses, or our current courses Mountain bike technique – level red and Outdoor cycling – level red.

  • Training on some of the most difficult downhill trails in Hellas, individual coaching.
  • Find the right route choice and plan your journey. Deal with the “problems” on the downhill side in the right way.
  • We go through where we need to brake and where we need to let go of the brakes and let the bike and body work.
  • Coaching down very steep and technical passages where it is important to put the tires in the right place.
  • The course is for adults.
  • Knee pads are mandatory, buy from us if you don’t have your own.
  • Safety first! On this course it is mandatory that you wear a full-face helmet and back protector. Available for rent, email us to make a reservation.
  • We recommend that you bring a sports drink and 2-4 bars/energy gels to get you through the day in terms of energy.
  • Location of the course: Meeting point is Mountainbikeskolan / Källtorp, Ältavägen 105 in Nacka. We have a certain number of parking spaces that are free for course participants. Bus 401 stops just outside the farm.
  • Schedule: Your course runs from 9.30 to 15.30. If you arrive a little earlier, about 20 minutes, there is breakfast, coffee and sandwiches, and you have time to arrange your rental bike.
    The course starts at 9.30 with assembly and review of the day’s schedule, we then cycle off for lovely trail cycling and technique training. Back for lunch at 12.15 when we eat vegetarian and locally produced food from Kafé Källtorp. At 13.00 we head out and take on more nice downhill sections to practice and hone the right technique. We are back at the mountain bike school at 15.30 to summarize the day over a coffee.
  • What to bring to the course: Bike helmet (included if you rent a bike from us). Good cycling clothes and an extra tube if you get a flat tire.
    We have everything we need to fix punctures and other potential problems on your bike during the course.
  • Other: Use the type of pedals you are used to using. We also recommend that you bring a sports drink and 2-4 bars/energy gels to get you through the day in terms of energy.
  • Dropper post, it is very good if you have a dropper post on your bike, if you have an older bike it may be better to rent.
  • 10% in the shop for course participants: The mountain bike school has a shop with cycling equipment such as helmets, arm and knee protectors, gloves, tubes, tires, pumps, etc. You as a course participant have a 10% discount on everything in the shop during the course day. The mountain bike school is a Trek dealer and has a wide range of rental bikes of all Trek mountain bike models.
  • The Mountain Bike School started in 2014 and has been running mountain biking courses ever since. The Mountain Bike School has a garden café and a farm with its own crops, berries, fruit, vegetables and herbs. The Mountain Bike School organizes cycling events and dinners for companies and groups who enjoy good food and great cycling.
